Celebrate Mandurah’s Local Legends – Nominations Now Open
Do you know someone who goes above and beyond to make Mandurah a better place? Now is the time to shine a light on their contribution.
Nominations are officially open for the 2026 Community Citizen of the Year Awards, and the City of Mandurah is encouraging community members to help recognise the outstanding individuals and groups who make a real difference in our city.
The annual awards celebrate the achievements of everyday people who show leadership, contribute to community wellbeing, and inspire others through their actions.
There are four award categories open for nomination:
- Community Citizen of the Year – for individuals aged over 16
- Young Community Citizen of the Year – for individuals aged 16 to 30
- Senior Community Citizen of the Year – for individuals aged 65 and over
- Active Citizenship Award – for community groups or events
If you know someone who deserves recognition, nominate them today.
